GMS Management Solutions have been helping organisations improve their management capability since 2001 and have an extensive list of clients in both the public and private sectors covering the NHS, Higher Education, Shipping, Oil and Gas, IT and Technology and the Media. GMS Management Solutions has also worked closely with Southampton Solent University over the past five years to produce and deliver management training courses to local companies and organisations in the Southampton area.
Graham Stephens facilitates and delivers most of the workshops and training sessions at GMS Management Solutions but does work with a number of associates where additional skills are required. Graham has a wealth of experience gained in senior management roles with Fortune 500 Companies in the IT and Technology sector and his strengths include people management and change management in addition to having an in-depth understanding of sales, marketing and operations.
GMS Management Solutions place great emphasis in working with clients to ensure that training and development is clearly linked to overall business objectives. Workshops and short training courses are delivered in a relaxed presentation style and are interactive as much as possible. This ensures that people enjoy the training workshop whilst gaining the most benefit from the subject covered.
